Clubs remove animal from their crests to create awareness on increase loss of wildlife

Premier League clubs Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion and Wolves and Championship sides Watford, Brentford and Middlesbrough have removed the animals from their badges to raise awareness for World Wildlife Day.

This is in conjunction with the World Wildlife Fund,
Serie A club AS Roma also removed the animal logo from it’s crest to highlight the increasing loss of wildlife.
